  • 1. What Trinity Merchandise can I purchase? 

    We have: 

    • Adult t-shirts  
    • Child t-shirts
    • Tumblers
    • Pins
    • Cushions

  • 2. Is the child T-shirt only for children?

    We recommend buying this t-shirt for children, however we have sizes ranging from 6XS to 2XL. If it fits, go for it! Size guide available on product pages.

  • 3. What if I bought the wrong size?

    • We recommend that you study the size guide provided before you make your purchase. 
    • If you have already bought the wrong size, you may email us with your order number and the items to be exchanged. However, exchanges are subject to the following checks: (a) the purchased items should be in their original condition; items that have been worn and/or washed will not be accepted; (b) availability of item and size where applicable 

  • 4. How do I know that my purchase is successful?

    You would receive an order confirmation email.

  • 5. When can I collect my order? 

    Only after you receive an "Order ready for pick-up" email.

    You are encouraged to arrange for your order to be collected on your behalf. If you are unable to do so, please email shop@trinity.sg

  • 6. Can I pay by cash?

    Cash is not accepted.


    You can pay via

    (1) credit card online or

    (2) PayNow QR code

    Both are cashless modes.

  • 7. I need help with my purchase, where or who can I go to?

    Email us at shop@trinity.sg with your order number if you have made a purchase or send us your enquiry. Please make your purchase carefully, as we will not be accepting requests for refund.

  • 8. Can I mix and match four tumblers for $32?

    No, our special price is for a set of four tumblers with all colors.

Special note to Trinitarians:

Appreciate your patience and understanding, as we are staff (and some volunteers) and do not have huge warehouses or sophisticated systems to turn around your orders at top speed. We will be packing manually and distributing the orders accordingly. If you would like to volunteer your time to pack, or serve to distribute the orders, please email us, thank you!
